NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 68 th Annual Meeting of Heritage Savings & Credit Union Inc. will be held at 3:30 p.m. on the 8 th day of March, 2021 using ZOOM video conferencing platform, for the purpose of receiving the reports of the officers; financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2020, the election of Directors and the appointment of auditors for the current year.


Interested members must send an email to info@heritagecreditunion.ca stating their full name and their intent to participate in the virtual meeting. A reply will be sent with the meeting invitation and details to join the virtual meeting. A copy of the current general by-law of Heritage Savings & Credit Union Inc. may be examined by any member of Heritage Savings & Credit Union Inc. during regular
business hours at our office located at 318 Merritt Avenue, Chatham, Ontario.


TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Heritage Savings & Credit Union Inc. By-Law #1 Sub-section 2:03 you must hold a minimum of one $5. par value share to be a member and have a right to attend this meeting.


As an owner of the Credit Union, it is important that you attend; this is your meeting and opportunity to express your opinion and vote. Copies of the Annual Report will be available at Heritage Savings & Credit Union Inc. office prior to the beginning of the virtual Annual Meeting.
